* If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your exchange for a full refund.
* Return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and attached tags within 14 days of the date delivered.
* After 14 days, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. All merchandise reduced more than 50% is considered Final Sale.
* Most items are returnable, with the exception of the items marked Final Sale.
* Gourmet and perishable goods, altered, customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
* Used merchandise or products cannot be returned.
* Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 48 hours.

Opened or Used Fragrances
- Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning a product.
