* If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your exchange for a full refund.
* Return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and attached tags within 14 days of the date delivered.
* After 14 days, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. All merchandise reduced more than 50% is considered Final Sale.
* Most items are returnable, with the exception of the items marked Final Sale.
* Gourmet and perishable goods, altered, customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
* Used merchandise cannot be returned.
* Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 48 hours.

We provide complimentary same-day delivery service on orders within Laredo, Texas if placed and authorized before 2:00pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Orders may require a Signature upon delivery.

$15 Rush Shipping
Rush orders will be shipped 2nd Day at flat rate of $35. Rush shipping is only available for orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday.1ame
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, ADJUSTMENTS, REPAIRS & SHIPPING
Fine Jewelry & Watches
- Returns or exchanges of Fine Jewelry or Watches will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of received.
- All original tags must be attached and have original packaging.
- Fine Jewelry Trunk Show Merchandise exchanges or returns are subject to the specific trunk show’s return policy.
- All Sales Final. No Returns.
Gift Receipt Returns
- Returns with a gift receipt will receive a merchandise credit.
We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 7 days of purchase. No price adjustments will be made for temporary price reductions.
- Jon Hart patches can be replaced for a small fee. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repairs once they arrive at repair center.
- We will apply manufacturer warranty on items needing repairs if the warranty applies. The warranty period is based on the date of the purchase. If not covered, we will notify you of the repair fee for your approval.
